I became an ordained minister because I believe in the power of love to get us through life’s every day bumps and bruises, as well as the big challenges we inevitably come up against. As an inclusionist, I truly feel that EVERY couple deserves a ceremony written just for them—one that celebrates their unique love story. I do not have a plug-and-play formula; each and every ceremony is crafted to reflect the couple’s personalities, vision, and journey. Getting to know my couples and sharing their journey in front of their loved ones brings me so much joy. The process of writing a personalized ceremony, honoring the significance of love and acceptance, connecting with others, and even the experience of “performing” during the ceremony is deeply satisfying and rewarding for me.

The idea of “marry yourself first” is about making the same vows—faithfulness, honor, patience, and forgiveness—to yourself before committing to a partner. By embracing self-love and personal growth, you set a strong foundation for any future relationship. I offer a fun, meaningful ceremony to celebrate this commitment, perfect for bachelorette parties, bridal showers, or even as a unique rite of passage for teenage birthdays. Because the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself!
